First 2 visits were fantastic. But sadly 3rd and 4th visit made me look elsewhere. Place is a hit or miss but not worth my money or time if I'm constantly chipping/breaking or splitting a nail.

For some reason I can't review them on Google, so I'll have to post this here. I hate to leave a 1 star review, but I suppose it can't be helped. Unsure if technician was in a rush or just having an off day, but she was extremely rough with my hands, cut the side of my pinky before putting on shellac and it burned like a mf the entire time she was working on me. She also cut the sides of almost every single finger on both sides. Found this out when I went to dinner and squeezed a lemon on my chicken. Nails are slightly uneven, and the paint didn't go close enough to the cuticle so there's just a noticeable gap on every nail. She didn't put any lotion or anything on after, so my hands looked dry and flaky around nails after UV light. Finally, as she was finishing my appointment, another woman came in for what I'm assuming was another appointment. I'm almost positive the technician proceeded to use the same dremel on her as she did me, and there was no sanitization in sight for any tools. She was nice enough and as I said, perhaps it was just a bad day but I would never go back.

I've been going here for over 2 years and will need to find a new nail place. Lindsay is always nice, but theirs something not right with the quality of her acrylic nails. In the past 6 months My acrylics have been breaking off and lifting. Also I've gotten green mold twice in the last 6 months causing me to only be able to get shellac manicures while the green spots grow out. I don't like shellac nails and she's always trying to convince me they're what i need instead of acrylics. Also, even though i have an appointment, she rushing through every time and juggling multiple clients at once.

Been going here for awhile and never realized the rude comments Lindsay would make.. talking about my weight and being upright discriminatory. You ask for one thing and they will say " no you want ...". Overheard her telling someone else they couldn't get a simple full set. My nails have broken every time I get a fill here, they don't fix the apex.
