NEW CITROËN C4 X & Ë-C4 X ELECTRIC AVAILABLE TO ORDER IN FRANCE (2024)

• Unveiled in June 2022, the new C4 X & ë-C4 X Electric will be available to order in France from the 13th of October, from 27650 € including taxes.
• The C4 X and ë-C4 X Electric are a new offer in the Citroën's range, both attractive and accessible. They introduce an alternative to the classic mid-size sedan and SUV models by combining all the elegance of a fastback silhouette with the modern attitude of an SUV and the timeless cachet of a spacious 4-door.
• According to customers ‘usages, the engines available in France include two PureTech petrol engines and a BlueHDi diesel engine for the C4 X, as well as a 100% electric engine for the ë-C4 X, a distinctive offer on its segment that will participate to speed up the brand's energy transition.
• ë-C4 X Electric provides a range of up to 360 km (in WLTP cycle) with a 100 kW, 136 hp electric powertrain. It also features rapid charging, giving 100 km in 10 minutes at 100 kW DC.
• The C4 X and ë-C4 X Electric stand out through their on-board comfort thanks to the exclusive Citroën Advanced Comfort® programme, including Advanced Comfort seats and Citroën Advanced Comfort® Suspension. They also adopt the new infotainment interface My Citroën Drive Plus inaugurated on C5 X.
• C4 X and ë-C4 X Electric will arrive in French dealerships in the first quarter of 2023.

1. A DISTINCTIVE AND REFINED DESIGN

With a resolutely innovative design, the C4 X and ë-C4 X Electric stand out with elegance on the mid-size sedan and SUV segment.

6 body colours highlight their dynamic and elegant lines: Polar White (opaque), Steel Grey and Platinum Grey (metallic), Pearlescent White, Perla Nera Black and Elixir Red (pearlescent).

The exterior styling can be customised with 4 Colour Packs:

Inside, the C4 X and ë-C4 X Electric feature 6 different ambiences to personalise your journey:

• The standard ambience is a combination of Meanwhile Fabric and Black fabric
• The sleek and elegant Urban Grey ambience combines Grey Chevrons fabric with Black leather-effect cloth and introduces Advanced Comfort® seats
• The Metropolitan Grey ambience combines Black leather-effect cloth and Grey fabric
• The elegant and warm Alcantara®Grey ambience combines Wind Grey Alcantara® with Black leather-effect cloth
• The Hype Black ambience brings a subtle and dynamic distinction by combining Black Siena grained leather and Black leather-effect cloth with heated front seats and front and rear floor mats
• The Hype Red ambience stands out with its sporty dynamism with Red Siena grained leather combined with Black leather effect cloth on the seats and door panels. A new Chevrons patterned embroidery highlights the grey Alcantara® stripe on the seat backs and door trim.
• The ë-C4 Electric features a blue door decoration that emphasises the electric comfort environment in the passenger compartment.

2. COMFORT AND SERENITY, RIGHT ACROSS THE RANGE

The new C4 X and ë-C4 X Electric feature the attributes of the Citroën Advanced Confort® programme as well as the latest generation of technologies and driving aids to offer their occupants comfort and peace of mind:

• Advanced Comfort Seats in the front and rear, with soft yet durable foams for long-lasting seating comfort, from the Feel Pack
• Citroën Advanced Comfort® Suspension as standard
• Roominess with a best-in-class 510 litres of boot space
• The My Citroën Drive Plus infotainment interface providing intuitive, fluid and customisable access to navigation, music, telephone and other services.
• Up to 20 driving aids for safety and peace of mind when driving
• All the comfort of electric mobility for a pleasant, silent, dynamic drive with zero CO₂ emissions.

The new C4 X and ë-C4 X Electric constitute a simple range in France, and come in 4 versions:

• Feel: the entry-level range has all the comfort and safety features that one would expect in this segment, including dual-zone automatic air conditioning, Citroën Advanced Comfort® Suspension, the Safety Pack, automatic electric parking brake, LED headlights with LED daytime running lights and visual signature and Front fog lights with static cornering function. In terms of style, the Feel version comes with Glossy Black door mirrors and 18" AEROTECH covers (except for the electric version, which has CROSSLIGHT diamond-cut alloy wheels).
• Feel Pack: the core of the range offers more in the way of comfort and safety, including Advanced Comfort® Seats, digital backlit colour instrument cluster, electrically folding door mirrors and rear-view camera. In terms of exterior styling, the Feel Pack features body-colour door handles and 18" AEROBLADE Anthra Grey alloy wheels (except on electric versions).
• Shine:the top-of-the-range version further enhances driver and passenger comfort with a colour head-up display, electrochromic interior mirror, Citroën® Smart Pad support, rear central armrest with ski hatch and full-grain leather steering wheel (heated on the electric version). The Shine version is equipped with the latest generation of navigation and connected services with My Citroën Drive Plus, an intuitive and customisable interface accessible via a 10" HD touch screen. In terms of safety, the Shine comes with the Safety 2 Pack and the Drive Assist Pack.
• Shine Pack: the high-end version of the Shine Pack features the Highway Drive Assist Level 2 semi-autonomous driving assistance, two USB sockets in the second row (one Type C and one Type A), Alcantara®Grey ambience with heated front seats and front and rear floor mats.

3. A CHOICE OF ENERGIES: 100% ELECTRIC, PETROL OR DIESEL

Petrol version: New C4 X can be fitted with two efficient and high-performance engines:

• PureTech 100 S&S BVM6 Euro 6.4 (on Feel – from 120 to 121 g CO₂/km)
• PureTech 130 S&S EAT8 Euro 6.4 (on Feel Pack, Shine and Shine Pack – from 129 to 132 g CO₂/km)

Diesel version: one engine available:

• BlueHDi 130 S&S EAT8 Euro 6.4 (on Feel Pack – from 126 to 129 g CO₂/km - Shine and Shine Pack – from 126 to 127 g CO₂/km-)

100% Electric version, one engine available:

• 100 kW (136 hp) Automatic (on Feel, Feel Pack, Shine and Shine Pack)

4. FINANCIAL AND SERVICES OFFERS ADAPTED TO EACH PRIVATE OR PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER USAGE

New C4 X & ë-C4 X Electric customers will benefit from the new programme “Citroën Citizen Services®” for a more zen and responsible mobility: for instance, the Maintenance e-Book available on My Citroën application, the On Line Booking service to book easily an appointment online at the workshop of the customer’s choice, or the Trip Planner and Free2move eSolutions to organize its trip and charge its vehicle in total peace of mind.

Moreover, with the launch of the new ë-C4 X Electric, Citroën will propose financial offers and services specifically adapted to companies, and in particular to private drivers, that need to keep on accessing the urban restricted areas and participate to the ecological transition.

The new C4 X and ë C4 X will be available to order in France from 13 October and will arrive in showrooms in early 2023.
