We had a wonderful experience here even with it being the Saturday of prom . They took their time super friendly, very clean. Got acrylic nails with matte gel and pedi with matte toe nail polish.prices beat anyone on the area and way way way better quality! This photo is 2 weeks from the time I got them done, NO LIFTING ANYWHERE STILL Going strong!!!!

This is my 2nd time visiting K Nails and I’m super impressed by the professionalism and the way they take the time to do things the right way. I don’t always get to pamper myself with a manicure and pedicure, so to have someone really take their time and put forth the effort to do a good job instead of slapping some paint on my toes and calling it a day! The pedicure I got today was hands down the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had in my life! I’m not telling which one it was either because they’re ALL good at what they do!! Very nice atmosphere and super clean as well. I’ll definitely be back!

It was my first time to try this business. I was seated in a chair and waited quite a while. When the man came to start, I smiled at him several times and he never once smiled back.

I did not use this business services…I walked in to get service(s) menu and to meet the staff. Upon entry, I noticed they were busy so I didn’t want to interrupt; however, I was asked “did I need service, I replied “no, I’m new to the area and requested a menu. When they lady started approaching me, I assumed she couldn’t hear me because I was wearing a mask. Oh boy, did my assumption change quickly. She heard me and immediately threw the menu on the counter and speed walked away. At this point, I noticed how the customers were watching as if something was wrong. In return, I asked, did the salon serviced a particular group of people? Am I wrong for stopping in? The lady reappeared and asked me to screenshot the menu and walked away again. I said out loud , “YOU ARE RUDE” and I left. I will not visit this location again and I highly recommend anyone of color to do the same. It has a 1 star because I couldn’t rate zero .

If I could give zero stars, I would. These people don’t understand when you tell them what you want. Even something as simple as “short, square wide. None of them are friendly or have basic people skills. When politely calling to express a concern over the phone, the so called manager acted extremely rude and approaches customers poorly in front of her other customers. Her and the entire staff has very poor communication skills. The language barrier is also insanely poor. There’s entirely too many nails salons in Tupelo for such entitled behavior. Very poor service and nails only lasted a week and a half every visit. Last time. Over all very poor work ethic and cold, unfriendly environment. Won’t be going back! (I’m gonna delete and post again every time you comment some nonsense trying to make up excuses to make your business not look as bad) You were WRONG! Take accountability and do better! Clearly I’m making you think twice since nearly a year later, you’re just now learning how to respond to reviews. It’s never about the money so you mentioning the discount that was owed back to me is irrelevant. Your responses make you look even worse. I am bringing awareness to warn people about how you do business.

My daughter and I just got manicures at K Nails and Spa on Coley Road. We could not be more pleased. The facility was beautiful and clean. We arrived without an appointment and were seen quickly. The staff members were very friendly and helped us choose our colors. Both of our nails are beautiful. Both of our manicurists paid very close attention to detail and made sure our nails looked perfect. Great nail salon option on the west side of town!! We’ll definitely be returning.
